Evaluation

Our Approach:

Hosting thoughtful and productive conversations that enable self and peer assessment and evaluation. These are run in fundamentally the same ways with adults, children and young people.

In any World café style conversations, trained adult world café hosts give participants the support they need to unpack some of the ideas in the evaluation questions, and to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to contribute in a level playing field.

We capture the voice of project participants through collaborative conversations to explore and reveal any changes that might be connected to the project outcomes. We have teams trained in facilitating group reflection and conversation, which allows us to use the same approach with adults, children and young people.

Collaborative processes:

·      Philosophical conversation around questions generated by participants and the client

·      World Cafe activity ‘We are wiser together’

·      Making activities such as mapping (ideas or locality) to explore complex ideas

·      Physical thinking games to kick start more in-depth conversations

Method:

We create a safe and enabling space through a combination of processes that stimulate and enable collaborative conversation.  The questions are agreed beforehand with the client.
